Club activities week beginning 30th March 2026 

We start together, we stay together, we finish together. 

 

Dress for the weather: Be bright, be seen. Trail runs need suitable footwear. 

 

Monday 30th March 

 

Jayne, Gill and Simon’s run 

Where: Rugby Club 

When: 6pm 

Who: Jayne, Gill & Simon 

What: Two groups setting off at 13:30 to 14:30 min / mile 

 

Monday club meet 

Where: Rugby Club 

When: 6:30pm 

Who and what: 

  • Nicki - Social Walk - 3 miles 
  • Adie - Walk 2 Run - 2.5 miles (Walking and Running) 
  • Niki and Julia- 4 miles (9:30 to 11:30 min / mile) 
  • Rob – Social Run – 5 miles (8:30 to 9:30 min / mile) 
  • Dale - 10km (7:30 to 8:30 min / mile) 

 

Tuesday 31st March 

 

Tuesday Night Trails  

Where: Car park just after Ox Pasture Hall 

When: 6:30pm 

Who: Dave and Dale 

What: Two trail runs lasting around 1 hour, circa 5 and 6 miles, optional drink after at a local pub 

 

Hill Reps 

Where: Rugby Club 

When: 7pm 

Who: Pete 

What: Head off to tackle hill climb reps 

 

Wednesday 1st April 

 

Jeffing 

Where: Sealife Centre car park

When: 6:15pm 

Who: Simon 

What: 3 min run / 1 min walk repeats over 5k 

 

Thursday 2nd April 

 

Seniors Track 

Where: Bramcote Athletics Track 

When: 6pm
