Jayne, Gill and Simon’s run

Who: Jayne, Gill & Simon
What: Two groups setting off at 13:30 to 14:30 min / mile
Monday club meet

- Nicki - Social Walk - 3 miles
- Adie - Walk 2 Run - 2.5 miles (Walking and Running)
- Niki and Julia- 4 miles (9:30 to 11:30 min / mile)
- Rob – Social Run – 5 miles (8:30 to 9:30 min / mile)
- Dale - 10km (7:30 to 8:30 min / mile)

Tuesday Night Trails
Where: Car park just after Ox Pasture Hall
When: 6:30pm
Who: Dave and Dale
What: Two trail runs lasting around 1 hour, circa 5 and 6 miles, optional drink after at a local pub
Hill Reps
Where: Rugby Club
When: 7pm

What: Head off to tackle hill climb reps
